Payment Terms and Delivery
Payments for services can be made via credit card or direct bank transfer. We deliver services face to face in the setting most suitable for the clients. Occupational Therapy and consultations may occur in the home, at school, daycare, or another place in the community, where the challenges arise. Workshops can be held in your school or centre or in the community.

Returns Policy
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
We do not offer a refund for change of mind. Peaceful Playful & Present encourages clients to choose carefully.

WORKSHOPS AND CONSULTANCY
We do not offer a refund but we do offer a credit to be used towards another workshops or consultancy session within 6 months.

Consumer Guarantees
In the event of a cancellation due to illness, injury or other unforeseen circumstances, Peaceful Playful & Present will notify clients at the earliest time possible and endeavor to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. We ask clients to notify Peaceful Playful & Present via email to info@peacefulplayfulpresent.com at least 5 business days prior to set date to cancel a workshop, and at least 24 hours prior to a therapy or consultation session. We are aware that illness and injury can occur at anytime leading up to an appointment. If you are sick on the day of a scheduled appointment please phone 04 23 33 78 73 before 9:00am to reschedule.

MAJOR PROBLEM
In the event of a major problem (for example, if you are not satisfied with the service) we request that your provide a written copy of your concerns to: info@peacefulplayfulpresent.com This will be reviewed in accordance with our and we will contact you within 24 hours to acknowledge your concerns. We will then investigate your concerns to determine whether the issue/s raised in the
complaint is/are within our control. We will also consider the outcome/s sought by the person making a complaint and, where there is more than one issue raised, determine whether each issue needs to be separately addressed. After assessing the complaint, we will consider how to manage it. To manage a complaint we may:

Give the person making a complaint information or an explanation

Gather information from the product, person or area that the complaint is about, or

Investigate the claims made in the complaint.
We will keep the person making the complaint up to date on our progress, particularly if there are any delays. We will also communicate the outcome of the complaint using the most appropriate medium. Which actions we decide to take will be tailored to each case and take into account any statutory requirements.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Peaceful Playful & Present is located in New South Wales. This agreement is subject to the governing law of New South Wales.
If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your use of this website or these terms and conditions, you and Peaceful Playful & Present agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, the parties must proceed to mediation with the assistance of an accredited mediator who is independent of the parties. The mediator is to be appointed by agreement of the parties or, failing agreement within twenty-one (21)days of the first notification of the dispute, by a person appointed by the Chair of Resolution Institute, (ACN 008 651 232, Level 2, 13-15 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000;telephone: 02 9251 3366, email: infoaus@resolution.institute) or the Chair’s designated representative. The Resolution Institute Mediation Rules shall apply to the mediation. We agree to share the costs of mediation equally between us. Litigation is to be considered a last resort and may not be commenced until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.
